I’m not the most popular nail polish on Instagram.
The #NailPeeler hashtag has been used to highlight some of the worst, most egregious mistakes made by polish manufacturers in recent years.
But in 2015, I was one of the first celebrities to post about the terrible products on my own Instagram account.
That year, I had already posted about nail polish at a much higher rate than most.
So I figured I should share my experience with the rest of us.
So, without further ado, here are the top 10 worst products ever made for your own personal use:1.
The Nail Luster #2 I was initially disappointed with this nail polish because it was so thick and sticky.
The formula was thick and made my nails feel like they were stuck in a tub of water.
I’m sure I’m wrong, but it wasn’t very long lasting.
2.
Tatyana Spiral I thought it was pretty amazing that this product was supposed to be a universal nail polish for all women.
I didn’t know that a woman’s hair color could be a nail color, and my nails were not the first thing to have a “red dot” on them.
But after using this product for the first time, I have to admit that I’m glad that it wasn?t a universal formula.
I was hoping to use this on the top of my nails.
I wasn?ttw?t sure what it would do on the bottom of my nail, either.
3.
Fluoride #3 This is my favorite product ever.
I mean, it was actually the one that inspired me to start making nails with the original TastyNail nail art kit.
I used to have so many of these kits and I just love them.
The color was absolutely perfect for my blonde, and I love the look that it gave my nails when I applied it. 4.
Aqua Vibrant #4 I didn?t want to buy a box of this, because I’m too lazy to make my own nail polish.
So my husband and I used the Aqua Nail Polish formula, which was very similar to the NailPowder Nail Care and Nailspray Nail Spa Nail Art Kit formulas.
But it was only available at Walgreens and Target.
The packaging was pretty terrible.
It looked like a plastic box full of junk, and the only reason it came with the box was because Target had a promotion and wanted people to give them a coupon code.
I would have given this a 2 out of 5, but I was worried that my husband might hate it.
I don?t think it?s that bad, though.
5.
The Nailsprate #5 My favorite Nail Podge ever.
It was the only nail polish I had to purchase because my husband had just gotten married, and we didn?
t want to risk putting a huge dent in our savings.
This nail polish was so smooth and creamy that I didn?
T care what it did to my nails, I did not want to mess with it.
It also gave my fingernails a great shine.
6.
Nail Glaze #6 My husband, who is a nail technician, always wanted to try something new for his nails, and this was the nail gloss he chose.
It?s so smooth, so thick, and so silky, it gave me a huge smile.
7.
Zoya Super Shine I just used this on my nails and it was absolutely gorgeous.
It gave them that sparkle that I?m so allergic to. 8.
Hair Color #7 I used this nail glaze on my brows for a long time, but when I saw that this was a “glitter” product, I didn?,t want it.
But I also didn?
T want to use it in my hair anymore.
I had some sort of allergic reaction to the product.
9.
Krafts Super Glue #8 I really like this product.
It has a great scent, but washes off so easily and leaves my nails feeling soft.
It is very moisturizing.
10.
Eyeshadow#9 My hair was already super dark, so I didn!?t have a lot of choice in this nail glue.
I just tried it on my chin, and it made my hair look like a ghost.
